About Niklas
A short note on who you'd be booking.
I'm an Auckland-based solo performer - voice and acoustic guitar.
Over the past several years, I’ve performed across Auckland while also writing and producing my own music. I’ve been playing guitar and singing for over 15 years and love learning songs across all kinds of genres, always finding new ways to challenge myself as a musician.
I studied music at the University of Auckland and love creating the kind of atmosphere people remember long after the day ends.
For bookers
What to expect.
I bring my own amplification suitable for most rooms up to about 200 guests; for larger spaces or anything outdoor with wind, I'll flag it during booking and we'll work out whether to supplement or use the venue's system.
Setup takes 30-45 minutes from arrival to sound-check. Pack-down is faster. I dress to suit the event - black for formal, smart-casual for bars, happy to match a venue brief if there is one.
Set length is flexible. Typical wedding shape is a 30-minute pre-ceremony set, 90-120 minutes during drinks, 60-minute dinner set. Corporate functions usually run for two to four hours with a 15-minute break each hour. For bars, three to four hours with a 15-minute break each hour is standard.
